Dow Raises Specialty Acrylic Monomer Prices Midland, MI - June 21, 2006 Dow Epoxy, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company (“Dow”), has announced price increases for two of its specialty acrylic monomer products, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate (HEA) and Hydroxypropyl Acrylate (HPA). Effective July 1, 2006, or as contract terms allow, Dow will increase prices for these monomers by $0.05 per pound in North America and Latin America; by 90 Euro per metric ton in Europe, Middle East and Africa. All other terms and conditions of sale for these products remain unchanged.
