Dow Announces North American Allyl Chloride and Epichlorohydrin Price Increases Midland, MI - May 15, 2006 Effective June 15, 2006, or as contract terms allow, Dow Epoxy will increase prices for allyl chloride and epichlorohydrin in North America. Dow will increase prices by US$0.03/pound for allyl chloride and by US$0.04/pound for epichlorohydrin. Dow said the increase is driven by tight supply/demand conditions globally and continued volatility in hydrocarbon and energy prices.
