Dow Announces Price Increases of its Epoxy Products in Europe (including Turkey)

Horgen, Switzerland - May 15, 2006

Effective June 1, 2006, or as contract terms allow, Dow Epoxy will increase prices for its epoxy resins in Europe (including Turkey).

The increases are as follows:

Liquid Epoxy Resins	D.E.R.™ 300 series	120 Euro / MT
Solid Epoxy Resins	D.E.R. 600 series	100 Euro / MT
Solid Solution Epoxy Resins	D.E.R. 600 series	100 Euro / MT
Liquid Epoxy Blends	D.E.R. 300 series	120 Euro / MT
Epoxy Novolac Resins	D.E.N.™ 400 series	100 Euro / MT
Epoxy Curing Agents	D.E.H.™ 20, 30, 50 & 80 series	150 Euro / MT
Glycol Epoxy Resins	D.E.R. 700 series	200 Euro / MT
Brominated Epoxy Resins	D.E.R. 500 series	100 Euro / MT
