Dow Announces Epoxy Products Price Increase in Asia Pacific (including India & Pakistan)

Hong Kong - September 19, 2006

Dow Epoxy, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company, will increase prices for its epoxy resins in Asia Pacific (including India and Pakistan).

Effective October 1, 2006, or as contract terms allow, Dow will increase the price for its liquid epoxy resins by US$150/MT; and will also increase the prices for its solid, solid solution and brominated epoxy resins by US$100/MT.
