Dow Announces Price Increases of its Epoxy Novolac Resins In Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Pakistan

HONG KONG - February 23, 2007

Effective March 1, 2007, or as contract terms allow, Dow Epoxy will increase the price for its D.E.N.™ 400 series Epoxy Novolac Resins in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Pakistan.

The increases are as follows:

Asia Pacific US$ 150/MT

Europe Euro       150/MT

Middle East, Africa, India and Pakistan US$ 200/MT
