DOW™ Epichlorohydrin Price Increase Announced for North America

Midland, MI - November 30, 2007

Dow Epoxy, a global business unit of The Dow Chemical Company and its affiliates (“Dow”), today announced a list and off-list price increase of US$0.03 per pound for DOW™ Epichlorohydrin, effective January 1, 2008, or as contract terms allow.

All other terms and conditions of sale for this product remain unchanged.

This pricing action is in addition to an earlier announced increase of US$0.03 per pound (effective December 1, 2007).
